This delicious dish is ideal for Sundays with the family, you can accompany it with rice, avocado or bananas, tradition to delight this dish.

Ingredients

  • 250g of brisket
  • 250g of pork arm
  • 4 Neck bones
  • 4 units of chicken against thigh
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 Green plantain or plantain male
  • 1 Cob
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 pinch of salt

Steps

STEP 1

Leave the ingredients clean and peeled from the vegetables and chop the meat to speed up the process.

STEP 2

In an express pressure cooker, place enough water and add the breast meat in small pieces, the bone, the split corncob and the hand chopped plantain.
Add salt, put on the fire for 40 minutes.

STEP 3

Uncover and add the thighs together with the coarsely chopped potato, cook again for 10 minutes more.

STEP 4

Finally add the diced pork and cilantro. Leave the pot for another 10 minutes.

STEP 5

Uncover and cook over medium heat for another half hour (30 minutes) until thickened and all the flavors are blended.

STEP 6

Check seasoning and salt, correct if necessary.
